20 Rep Squats day 1

Squat 1x20x115

Pullover 1x25x25

RDL 1x15x95

Pullover 1x25x25

Bench Press 2x10x125

Bent Row 2x15x95

Military Press 2x12x75

The squats were easier than I thought they would be. However, If I add 5 lbs each workout, I will be at 20x205 in six weeks, which is close to my current 1RM, so I'm just going to move up by 5.
